Ingredients

  • 20 g dried organic rose petals
  • 200 g coarse sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp dried ginger
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (only the white and light green parts)
  • 1 tsp ground fenugreek
  • 0.5 tsp lime zest
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 200 g coarse sea salt

Instructions

    For the rose-cinnamon salt, coarsely grind half of the dried rose petals with the salt and cinnamon in a blender. Fold in the remaining rose petals, transfer to a jar, and store airtight.

    For the Thai curry salt, finely chop the ginger and lemongrass and mix with fenugreek, lime zest, turmeric, and sea salt. Pour into a jar or bowl and keep sealed airtight.
