Ingredients
- 12 Bismarck herring fillets
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 200 g sliced cheese (e.g., Gouda)
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- chili flakes
- 1 tbsp chives sprigs

Pat the herrings dry and lay them out. Wash, halve, core, and slice the bell pepper into strips. Cut the cheese into 12 sticks.

Whisk the mayonnaise with the sour cream and spread it over the herrings. Top with cheese sticks and paprika strips, then roll up. Secure with toothpicks and garnish with chili flakes and chives before serving.
