Ingredients

  • 150 g wild herbs such as Gundelrebe, Melde, Beinwell, Giersch (with flowers if desired)
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 yellow tomatoes
  • 2 green tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • organic rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

    Rinse the herbs, trim and pat dry. Wash the tomatoes, cut off stems, slice or segment them.

  2. 2.

    Whisk together vinegar, syrup, oil, salt and pepper for the dressing; taste and adjust. Toss all salad ingredients with the dressing and serve garnished with rose petals.

    Pairs well with grilled meat.
