- 300 g pizza dough (3 slices)
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 rosemary sprig
- coarse Sea salt
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- Pepper

Let the pizza dough thaw. Stack the slices and roll each between parchment paper to about 20x21 cm. Cut into roughly 3x2 cm rectangles and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick each dough piece once with a fork and brush with olive oil.

Chop the rosemary. Sprinkle the dough with rosemary and a light amount of sea salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (gas: level 4-5, convection: 200°C) for 12-15 minutes.

For the salsa, rinse the tomatoes and dice them very finely. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix tomatoes, onion, and olive oil together and season with pepper. Serve alongside.
