Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 Garlic clove
- 140 ml olive oil
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

Wash, dry and shake off excess moisture from the herbs; chop the leaves. Peel and chop the garlic. Blend the herbs, garlic, capers, and olive oil in a food processor. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice to taste.

Drain the pasta, let it drain, then mix with the herb sauce and serve in bowls topped with freshly grated parmesan.
