Ingredients
- 700 g beef tenderloin
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 200 g yellow tomatoes
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- iodized salt
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp potato starch

Rinse the meat under cold water, pat dry and cut into strips. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove stems and seeds. Slice the halves into thin strips. Wash the yellow tomatoes, quarter them and remove stems. Blend the tomato quarters with vegetable broth in a blender.

Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat all around. Add the bell pepper strips and season with salt and ginger powder.

Pour the tomato mixture over the beef, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Whisk potato starch into a little cold water and use it to thicken the dish. Taste again and serve with steamed potatoes.
