Ingredients
- 100 g mixed dried fruit (as desired)
- 8 tbsp cornflakes
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp apple syrup
- 150 g kefir
- mint (for garnish)

Cut the dried fruits into small pieces, place them in a bowl with water and cover overnight to soak. The next morning pour the fruits through a sieve and let drain, reserving the soaking liquid.

Distribute cornflakes and the soaked fruits into bowls or glasses except for 1 tbsp. Peel the banana, cut into pieces, and blend with 4 tbsp of soaking liquid, lemon juice, apple syrup, and kefir.

Spread the cream over the muesli and serve sprinkled with the remaining fruits and mint leaves.
