Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Hazelnuts
- 2 tsp raisins
- 8 tbsp oat flakes (organic store, reform house)
- 200 g kefir
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- mint
Instructions

Peel the bananas and slice them. Drizzle with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix bananas, raisins, hazelnuts and oat flakes.

Distribute the mixture into two bowls. Whisk together kefir, cinnamon, honey and remaining lemon juice. Pour over the muesli, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
