Ingredients
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 pickles (in vinegar water)
- 8 pearl onions
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp Capers
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 50 g yogurt
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 sprig tarragon
- Salt
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Peel the egg and finely chop it. Dice the pickles and pearl onions into small cubes. Pat the anchovy fillet dry and finely chop it along with the capers.

Whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and 1-2 tbsp vinegar water. Rinse the herbs, pat them dry, pluck off the leaves, and roughly chop them.

Combine all prepared ingredients and season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.
