Ingredients
- 8 lamb rib chops
- 8 sprigs thyme
- 6 sprigs Mint
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ground pepper
- Salt
- 250 g tagliatelle
- 100 g Sugar snap peas
- 40 g finely grated parmesan cheese
- mint for garnish
Instructions

Rinse and pat dry the lamb chops. Rinse herbs. Pull thyme and mint leaves from stems.

Peel and chop garlic. Mix herbs with 3 tbsp olive oil and pepper, then rub onto meat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan. Sear lamb chops on both sides for 3-4 minutes each. Season with salt and set aside warm.
