Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks (about 200g each)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- paprika powder
- rosemary (crushed)
- butter
- 200 g grated Comté cheese
- 150 g cooked ham (cut into cubes)
- 1 egg
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 4 thyme sprigs
- Salad leaves
- chives rings
- tomato pieces
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- thyme for garnish
Instructions

Season the steaks and brown them in hot clarified butter for 2-3 minutes on each side, then place them in a greased gratin dish.

Mix cheese, ham, egg, and spices together and spread the mixture over the steaks. Add thyme sprigs on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 10 minutes until golden yellow.

Wash the salad, arrange it as garnish on plates, add chives and tomato pieces, and drizzle everything with vinegar.

Remove the meat from the oven, garnish each serving with a rosemary sprig before serving; pair with salted potatoes, noodles or rice and a mixed salad.
