Ingredients
- 1 red chili pepper
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet (2 Chicken breast fillets)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 tbsp butter

Halve the chili pepper lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop. Rinse the chicken meat, pat dry, brush with mustard and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves, and sprinkle them along with the chilies over the chicken.

Heat butter in an oven-safe skillet, sear the chicken on each side for about 2–3 minutes until browned, then finish cooking in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan) for another 8 minutes.
