- 250 g carrots
- 250 g Potatoes
- 250 g White cabbage
- 2 shallots
- 1 EL Butter
- 1.5 l meat broth
- 4 salsiccia (garlic sausages)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 EL chives

Peel carrots and potatoes. Slice carrots into rounds, cut potatoes into bite‑size pieces. Remove outer leaves from cabbage and slice into strips. Peel shallots and finely chop.

Sauté shallots in hot butter until translucent, add vegetables, stir briefly, then pour in broth and simmer for about 15 minutes. Pierce sausages several times with a fork, add them, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then serve sprinkled with chives.
