Pasta with Ground Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g mixed ground meat
- 250 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 150 ml beef broth
- 400 g shell-shaped pasta
- Salt
- 2 sprigs oregano
- black pepper
Instructions

Wash, clean and dice the bell peppers. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan. Brown the ground meat over high heat until crumbly. Add the onion, garlic and pepper cubes and cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and broth and simmer for about 15 minutes over low to medium heat.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Wash, shake dry and chop the oregano. Mix into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and divide onto four plates with the sauce on top.
