Ingredients

  • 250 g parboiled long‑grain rice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 300 g Cabanossi sausage
  • 1 Tbsp clarified butter
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

Instructions

    Cook the rice in 500 ml salted water for 20 minutes. Halve, deseed, wash the peppers and cut into 1 cm cubes. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel, halve, and slice the onions thinly. Heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent; add the mushrooms and cook until liquid evaporates. Slice the Cabanossi into finger‑thick strips, add them, and mix in the pepper cubes. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, then simmer everything for 7 minutes.
