Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 200 g fresh liver sausage (home-made style)
- 200 g blood sausage
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped marjoram leaves
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook the potatoes in lightly boiling salted water covered for about 25 minutes until tender, shock them and peel while still hot, then slice.

Peel the blood sausage, remove the liver sausage from its casing, and cut both into 2 cm cubes.

Heat oil in a large pan over high heat; fry the potato slices on both sides until crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Add the sausage and cook together for another 3-4 minutes.

Add the chives to the pan and season with marjoram, salt, and pepper.
