Ingredients

  • 400 g cod fillet
  • iodized salt
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 400 g Chinese cabbage
  • 80 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream

Instructions

    Rinse the cod fillet with running cold water, pat dry and slice into thin rounds. Season with iodized salt and ginger powder.

    Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into fine strips. Rub the oyster mushrooms with kitchen paper to clean them and slice into strips.

    Heat the rapeseed oil in a wok. Quickly stir‑fry the fish slices in the hot oil, turning constantly, then remove and keep warm.

    Add the oyster mushroom strips and prepared Chinese cabbage to the wok, stir‑fry, pour in vegetable broth and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

    Return the fish slices to the wok and reheat. Stir in the sour cream. Season the dish with iodized salt and ginger powder and serve with potatoes or whole‑grain rice.
