Hearty Meatballs

- 2 pretzels
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 piece horseradish

Soak the pretzels in warm water, then cut the thick piece into six slices. Drain the rest and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix the ground beef with egg and parsley; add the drained pretzels, season with salt and pepper, knead well, and shape into 12 slightly flattened balls using damp hands.

Brown the mini meatballs in oil for about 4–5 minutes on each side. Grate the horseradish and mix it with sour cream, seasoning with salt. Slice the onions into thin half-rings, sauté them in butter until golden yellow, and spread over the pretzel slices. Top with the cooked meatballs and garnish with horseradish sauce before serving.
