- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk leeks
- 1 l beef broth
- 300 g colorful heart-shaped noodles
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- parsley (for garnish)

Wash and clean the carrots and leeks. Peel the carrots and slice them thinly. Separate the leek leaves.

Poke out heart shapes from the vegetables and simmer in the broth for about 5 minutes. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water al dente, drain, and add to the hot broth. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parsley.
