Ingredients

  • 1 small head lettuce
  • 4 plums
  • 2 yellow tomatoes
  • 2 balls mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mineral water
  • iodized salt
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 sprigs dill

Instructions

    Clean, wash, dry and cut the head lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash the plums, pit them and slice thinly.

    Wash the yellow tomatoes, remove stems and quarter them. Rinse mozzarella with cold water, pat dry and cube it.

    Whisk balsamic vinegar, mineral water, iodized salt, ginger powder and maple syrup to make a dressing, then fold in sunflower oil.

    Wash dill, shake off excess moisture, pluck leaves and stir into the dressing. Gently combine all prepared ingredients with the dressing. Plate the salad and serve.
