Hawaii Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of onion bread (approx. 750 g)
  • 260 g pineapple chunks (canned; drained weight)
  • 70 g sliced chicken breast
  • 250 g Gouda cheese

Instructions

    Slice the bread lengthwise and crosswise, being careful not to cut through the bottom.

    Drain the pineapple chunks well and cut them into smaller pieces if desired.

  3. 3.

    Cut the sliced chicken into small pieces.

  4. 4.

    Fill the bread with the prepared ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (convection: 160 °C, gas: level 2) for 20 minutes. Let cool briefly and enjoy.
