Cabbage in Soy Cream

Tender cabbage in a creamy soy sauce with paprika seasoning: Cabbage is easier on the stomach than robust white cabbage and works well as a vegetarian side dish.
Ingredients
- 300 g small cabbage (half a small cabbage)
- 2 small onions
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 150 ml soy cream
- 100 ml classic vegetable broth
- 3 stalks dill
- Salt
- Pepper

Clean, wash the cabbage, trim the stem if necessary, and cut into fine strips. Peel the onions and slice them thinly.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the onions over medium heat until translucent. Add the cabbage and cook for another 3 minutes.

Sprinkle paprika powder over the mixture, pour in soy cream and broth. Simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile, wash the dill, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves, and finely chop. At the end of cooking, season the cabbage with salt and pepper, then fold in the dill.
