Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork ham
  • 1 bundle fresh basil
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Swedish mustard
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

    Wash the basil, shake dry, pluck and finely chop.

    Mix basil, lemon juice, mustards, egg and breadcrumbs well. Place the ham on a baking tray and spread the herb crust over its surface. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, gratinate the ham in the oven. If the crust browns too much, cover briefly with aluminum foil. Slice the ham into pieces for serving.
