Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet (pre‑cooked, skinless)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp medium‑hot mustard
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., parsley, chervil, thyme, etc.)
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8 leaves frisée lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 4 buns
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp onion sprouts
Instructions

Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into cubes and run through a fine meat slicer. Peel and finely chop the garlic; mix with the minced meat, mustard, egg, herbs, and breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Shape 4 patties from the mixture and fry them in a hot pan with oil on both sides until cooked through.

Wash, trim, and dry the lettuce. Peel the cucumber and slice thinly. Cut the buns crosswise and spread ketchup on the bottom halves. Place one leaf of lettuce and some cucumber slices on each bun, top with a chicken patty, add sprouts and a bit more lettuce, then place the top bun. Serve immediately.
