Two-Color Fish Wraps

Ingredients

  • 200 g pike-perch fillet
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 50 g Baby Spinach
  • 8 wheat tortillas
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 150 g Smoked salmon

Instructions

    Wash the pike-perch fillet, pat dry with paper towels and slice into flat wide pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides for about 1 minute. Remove from pan, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the seed and cut into strips. Wash the spinach and spin dry.

  4. 4.

    Lay the wheat tortillas on a work surface, spread sour cream over them, and top with spinach. Top four tortillas with pike-perch and mango, the remaining ones with smoked salmon. Roll tightly around the fillings and cut diagonally for serving.
