Ingredients

  • 20 g Lollo bionda (1 handful)
  • 20 g red oak leaf lettuce (1 handful)
  • 6 Radishes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 sprigs watercress
  • 8 slices whole‑grain bread (50–60 g each)
  • 8 tsp cream cheese (45% fat in the tub)
  • 80 g sliced turkey ham
  • 80 g Emmental cheese (thin slices; 45% fat in the tub)

Instructions

    Wash both salads, dry and cut into smaller pieces if needed. Peel, wash radishes and cucumber, then slice finely. Cut watercress from the bed.

    Place one slice of bread on each of four plates, spread cream cheese, then layer Lollo bionda, turkey ham, cucumber, cheese, oak leaf lettuce, radishes and watercress. Spread remaining cream cheese on leftover bread slices and place them as covers over the assembled sandwiches.
