Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 scoop lemon sorbet or ice cream (ready-made)
- 1 stalk lemon balm
- 1 stalk mint
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Salt

Slice cucumber lengthwise, cut 4 thin slices for garnish and set aside. Peel the remaining cucumber, scrape out seeds, and chop flesh into small pieces. Pull leaflets from herb stems, reserve some for garnish, and finely chop the rest.

Mix cucumber with chopped herbs and blend; strain through a sieve if desired. Season with ginger, salt, and pepper. Add lemon sorbet and blend once more. Pour ice cubes into two glasses and pour smoothie over them. Garnish with cucumber slices and herbs.
