Ingredients

  • 500 ml well-chilled milk
  • 150 g rosehip pulp (from the health food store)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pulp of 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (from the health food store)
  • a few spritzes lemon juice
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Add milk, rosehip pulp, honey, vanilla pulp, nutritional yeast and lemon juice to a blender and blend vigorously.

    Pour immediately into glasses and garnish with mint or lemon balm.
