Ingredients

  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

    Wash the spring onions, shake dry, dice the whites into small cubes and slice the greens into thin rings. Peel the cucumber, halve it, remove seeds with a teaspoon and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Wash the dill, shake dry and finely chop.

    Make a vinaigrette from vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar and taste.

    Combine the vinaigrette with spring onions, cucumber and dill and let rest for about 20 minutes. Serve the cucumber salsa in a bowl or four small portion cups.
