Ingredients

  • 4 mostly waxy potatoes (about 300 g each)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 g Camembert cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and steam them for about 30 minutes until cooked. Slice them lengthwise and hollow out the centers, leaving a rim of about 0.5 cm.

    Mash the potato flesh with butter and Camembert using a fork. Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper. Refill the potato shells, wrap each in aluminum foil, grill for about 15 minutes until heated through, then serve.
