Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and slice into thin strips. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic. Heat tomatoes briefly, cool, peel, halve, remove seeds and finely chop flesh. Wash zucchini and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pan and sauté zucchini slices gradually, draining on paper towels. Add pepper strips and onions and cook until translucent, then add ground meat and stir until crumbly. Add garlic and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, cooking until liquid evaporates. Grate lemon zest, add peel and juice. Let the mixture cool slightly. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 26 cm springform pan. Pour dough in, smooth with a spoon and form a 2 cm rim. Gently fold zucchini slices into the meat mixture and spread on the base. Sprinkle sesame seeds and top with mozzarella slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
