Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 30 g clarified butter
- 1 tbsp onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 cloves of nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick
- curry powder
- Cumin
- Garam Masala (Asian store)
- chili powder (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 250 ml broth (meat or vegetable)
Instructions

Loosen the ground beef with a fork. Chop the onions and garlic finely. Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Heat the clarified butter in a large skillet, sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and all spices for 5 minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets, sear briefly, pour in the broth, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the ground beef and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.
