Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 large can peeled tomatoes
- 2 Apples
- 15 green olives (stuffed)
- 8 pickled green pepperoncini
- 50 g Raisins
- 0.5 tsp allspice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sambal oelek
- salt and pepper to taste
- Tabasco
- taco chips
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in oil, add ground beef and cook briefly. Drain the tomatoes, reserve the juice, and add the tomatoes to the meat.

Peel the apples, quarter them, remove cores, and slice into thin wedges. Halve the olives and cut the pepperoncini into wide strips.

Add the apples, olives, pepperoncini, and raisins to the meat; stir in spices. Season the tomato juice with salt, sambal oelek, and Tabasco, then serve with taco chips.
