Ingredients
- 400 g cabbage
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g zucchini
- 1 onion
- 125 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp oil
- 500 g mixed ground meat
- 400 g peeled canned tomatoes
- Salt
- ground pepper

Clean the cabbage, cut off the core in a wedge shape, shred it, wash and drain well. Peel and dice the carrots. Wash, clean and cube the zucchini. Peel and dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the cabbage, carrots, zucchini and onions briefly, pour in the broth and steam for 10 minutes.

In a second non-stick pan heat the remaining oil and brown the ground meat over high heat until crumbly. Drain the tomatoes and roughly chop them. Mix the tomatoes with the meat into the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve plated in the pan.
