Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 shallots
  • 600 g ground beef
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 pickled cucumbers

Instructions

    Peel the garlic and shallots and finely chop them. Mix the ground beef, salt, garlic, shallots, paprika, and egg together; add breadcrumbs if needed until the mixture is firm enough to shape. Form thumb‑size lumps or rolls, skewer lengthwise on metal sticks, brush with oil, and grill over high heat for 8–10 minutes on all sides.

    For serving peel and roughly cube the red onions. Slice the pickled cucumbers fan‑shaped and arrange both on plates. Place the skewers on top and serve.
