Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 small eggplant
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 350 g minced beef
- Salt
- ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 250 ml meat broth
- 80 g feta cheese
- basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Wash, trim and slice the pepper into thin rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash, trim and dice the eggplant.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a pot and brown the minced beef until crumbly. Add the eggplant, garlic and pepper, stirring and cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Deglaze with broth, stir occasionally and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then mix in crumbled feta. Garnish with basil leaves.
