Ingredients
- 50 g arugula
- 12 thin slices of Parma ham
- 12 grissini sticks
- 80 g soft Gorgonzola
- 150 g crème fraîche (at least 30% fat)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Salt
- ground pepper

Clean, rinse and pat dry the arugula. Wrap each grissini stick with a few arugula leaves and a slice of ham, then chill until serving.

Crush the soft Gorgonzola and mix it with the crème fraîche. Wash, finely chop the parsley and fold it into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then serve in small bowls for dipping. Fill tall glasses with the wrapped sticks and accompany them with the dip.
