Ingredients
- 600 g venison steak (4 steaks)
- 4 juniper berries
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- paprika powder (sweet)
- 3 tbsp oil
- a pinch of grated rosemary
Instructions

First crush the juniper berries in a mortar and mix with salt, freshly ground black pepper, paprika powder, and oil.

Flatten the venison steaks slightly with your fist and brush both sides with the seasoned oil mixture.

Place on the grate of a charcoal grill over medium heat; grill each side for about 4 minutes.

Season the cooked steaks with a pinch of rosemary and serve immediately on preheated plates.
