Ingredients
- 50 g hearty rolled oats
- 40 g margarine (or butter)
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- 1 leek stalk
- 250 g carrots
- 1 l vegetable or chicken broth
- salt, pepper
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 50 g grated cheese
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions

In hot margarine roast the oats, flour and finely chopped or shredded vegetables. Gradually add the hot broth, seasoning to taste, and let simmer gently for 20 to 30 minutes.

Then stir in the cream, grated cheese and finely chopped parsley, and serve.
