- 500 g venison fillets
- 50 g lean bacon
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pickled cucumbers

Cut the fillets into steaks, wrap each steak in a strip of bacon, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Let sit for some time.

Turn occasionally so the oil is absorbed well.
