Grilled Tofu and Mango Skewers

These grilled tofu and mango skewers are easy to prepare and taste great for dinner, lunch, or a perfect take‑away option.
Ingredients
- 600 g smoked tofu
- 5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 ripe mangos
- 4 stalks Thai basil
- 2 Organic Limes

Cut the tofu into large rectangles and marinate in a bowl with the soy sauce and sesame oil for about 20 minutes. Peel the mango, cut it into thick slices from the pit, and also cut into large rectangles. Wash the Thai basil, shake dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash the limes and cut them into wedges. Thread all ingredients alternately onto eight wooden skewers and grill over high heat for about 10 minutes.
