Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch spring onions
- 8 ready‑made taco shells
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 chicken breast fillets (≈350 g)
- 1 large avocado
- lime juice
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- lime slice (for garnish)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Slice the meat crosswise into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5‑7 minutes until done.

Peel, halve, pit, and dice the avocado; drizzle with lime juice. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds, and dice small.

Whisk mayonnaise with chili sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
