Ingredients

  • 800 g Entrecôte (4 steaks)
  • 2 tbsp plant oil
  • 6 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • paprika powder
  • 500 g cooked potatoes (from the day before)
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the meat, rub with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes, slice into rounds, and fry them in clarified butter until crisp on both sides. Peel the onions, cut into rings. Heat butter and oil, then fry the onion rings in batches, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Heat oil in a heavy pan and cook the steaks 3-4 minutes per side. Plate the steaks, top with onion rings, and serve with the fried potatoes.
