Grilled Steaks with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 beef filet steaks
- 4 corn cobs (sweet corn, pre-cooked)
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- Salt
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- pepper from grinder
- 2 tbsp oil
- oil for frying
Instructions

Wash the corn cobs, dry them, and brush with oil. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove stems, quarter, and brush with oil. Grill all vegetables gently until cooked, about 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and sear the steaks on both sides for 3 minutes each. Remove rosemary sprigs. Season the meat with salt and pepper and flavor with rosemary. Slice the steaks into thick pieces, drizzle with their own cooking juices. Serve grilled steaks with vegetables.
