Ingredients

  • 24 shrimp
  • 4 corn on the cob (canned)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 500 g potatoes (starchy, boiling type)
  • oil (for frying)
  • paprika powder
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

    Brush corn with melted butter, season with salt and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Peel potatoes, cut into sticks, blanch briefly in hot water, cool, pat dry. Fry in hot oil until golden brown for 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt and paprika powder.

    Shell shrimp except the tail segment, devein, rinse and pat dry. Mix soy sauce, honey, and oil; toss shrimp in mixture. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour.

    Grill shrimp for about 2 minutes per side.
