Grilled Sea Bream with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bream (ready to cook, headless, about 300 g)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • 1 handful dill
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 4 red onions
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Rinse the fish and pat dry. Mix 4 tbsp oil with sumac. Rinse dill and shake dry. Slice lemons and stuff into the sea bream along with dill. Drizzle with a little seasoning oil and seal with toothpicks. Brush remaining sumac-oil mixture on top and grill, turning regularly for about 20 minutes.

    Wash, peel, and cut zucchini into pieces. Peel onions and slice into wedges. Combine both with remaining oil and thyme, season with salt and pepper. Place in a grill pan and grill, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

    Serve the grilled vegetables alongside each sea bream on individual plates.
