Ingredients
- 200 g wild rice blend
- Salt
- 4 tuna steaks about 160 g (very fresh)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- Sea salt
- lime zest (for serving)
- pink peppercorns
- coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the rice in salted water according to package instructions. Wash and pat the fish dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Crush the coriander in a mortar, mix with garlic and oil, then brush onto the tuna steaks. Grill for 4-5 minutes (or longer if you prefer it more cooked), about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Finally season, plate with rice and lime slices, garnish with pink peppercorns and coriander leaves.
