Ingredients

  • 4 sea bream (ready to cook)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g., rosemary and thyme)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon (sliced into wedges)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the sea bream inside and out, pat dry, and score both sides several times with a sharp knife. Season inside and out with salt and pepper, then drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

    Place the halved garlic cloves and lemon wedges into the cavity. Brush the fish with olive oil and grill over high heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve grilled sea bream with lemon olive oil sauce.
