Ingredients

  • 1600 g sea bream (ready‑to‑cook; 4 fish)
  • 2 limes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry. Wash the limes, pat them dry, grate the zest of one lime finely and squeeze out the juice. Peel the garlic, crush it and mix with lime zest, lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Brush the fish inside and out with the mixture. Place on a grill rack. Slice the remaining lime into rounds, lay them over the fish, close the grill lid and cook the sea bream on a preheated grill at medium heat for 15–20 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove from the grill and serve.
