Ingredients

  • 500 g sardine fillets (pre‑cooked)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

    Wash sardines and pat dry.

    Wash bell peppers, halve, deseed, and cut into strips.

    Finely chop garlic and mix with olive oil. Lay aluminum foil on the grill. Season peppers with salt and pepper, brush with 2 tbsp garlic‑oil mixture. Place on foil and grill for about 12–15 minutes, turning once.

    Season fish fillets with salt and pepper; sprinkle thyme on skin side and brush both sides with garlic‑oil. Place on foil and grill skin side down for about 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Arrange over vegetables and serve.
